Get all configured filters of a project.

Returns the full filter configuration including each filter's settings, pinned/excluded values, value counts, and global settings.

The count and valueCount fields reflect how many products match each filter and its individual values. How detailed these counts are depends on the Compute Filter Counts setting in Search Studio → Product Filters.

Use fillConcepts=true to enrich the response with concept names and metadata from the ontology — useful for building a filter UI without a separate concept lookup.
