Zoe update: improved answers, citations, and product exploration

Zoe, the AI-powered product expert, just got even more helpful. The latest updates offer advanced capabilities to deliver more detailed, context-rich answers and support faster decision-making.
What's new:
- Content Assistance (RAG) - Zoe now uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to pull information directly from your existing product content like manuals, buying guides or technical docs. Answers are more precise, consistent with your messaging, and more efficient to generate.
- Citations - When Citations is activated, Zoe’s answers can include clickable references, like links to your spec sheets and other source material. These citations help buyers verify information or dive deeper when needed.
- Guided Exploration - Zoe now also supports exploratory follow-up questions to compare products, find similar options, or check for variants within your product catalog. For example: “Is there a version with lower energy use?” or “How does this compare to product B?”
