Zoovu Data Platform is designed to help you manage, clean, and enhance your product data. Here's how you can use it to improve your product catalog and make it easier to maintain.

1. Prepare your product data

Start by gathering your product data, which might be stored in different formats such as CSV, XML, or even webpages. It’s helpful to make sure your data is structured with basic details like product IDs, descriptions, images, and prices before uploading.

2. Upload your product data

You can upload your data through Zoovu’s ETL tool. Depending on where your data is stored, you’ll choose a method to import it, like uploading a CSV file or connecting to an API. The system will check your data to make sure it’s ready for the next steps.

3. Clean and standardize your data

Once your data is uploaded, the platform helps clean and standardize it. This includes fixing formatting issues, removing duplicates, and ensuring that measurements or prices are consistent. You can also set custom rules to handle specific cleaning tasks, so your data is neat and ready to use.

4. Enrich your product data

After cleaning, you can enrich your data by adding helpful descriptions or organizing technical details into terms that customers can understand. The platform uses AI to translate specifications into consumer-friendly language and link related or compatible products, making it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for.

5. Automate product data management

Zoovu allows you to set up automated imports, so your product data stays up-to-date without needing constant attention.

6. Use your data across Zoovu tools

Once your data is clean and enriched, it’s ready to be used in other Zoovu tools, such as search engines, Digital Assistants or Visual Configurators. Your customers always see the latest and most accurate product information when they browse your catalog.
