Zoe A/B testing
You can now run A/B tests across multiple Zoe variants with configurable traffic splits. Use it to test different Zoe configurations against each other and identify which drives better shopper engagement and conversion.
Zoe response streaming
Zoe can now stream responses word by word as they are generated, reducing the perception of wait time. Instead of waiting for a full response, shoppers see Zoe working in real time. You can turn it on in Zoe editor under Delivery.
Project versioning in Data Platform
You can now create redeployable versions of a project group in Data Platform. Make configuration changes inside the version, preview exactly what will be updated, and apply those changes to the live project group only when you are ready.
Brand and category-specific knowledge for Zoe
Data Platform now allows you to assign different knowledge documents to Zoe based on conditions - such as brand, category or catalog. This means Zoe can pull from the right source material depending on the product context.
