Release Notes - February 2024
PDF Creator
You can now add a new button to any Guided Selling Assistant and Visual Configurator, allowing customers to save and download recommendations and configurations as a PDF.
You will find the new PDF Template Creator feature in Experience Designer. There, you can create and style the downloadable content, adding elements which will be auto-translated for your customers in their preferred language. We have created several premade templates for you to choose from. You can instantly add them to your design by simply dragging and dropping the new PDF button onto your canvas.
Theme Versioning
We are excited to introduce Theme Versioning for Experience Designer. This new feature provides a version history, allowing you to save iterations of your themes.
Every time you save and apply changes, a new version of the theme is logged. You can view these past versions and select any of them to create a new canvas. Versioning allows you to quickly undo recent changes to unpublished assistants if they don't meet your needs. You can also experiment with different theme variations for marketing campaigns for multiple assistants - and only assign the theme once.
Multi-Locale Support
Multi-Locale Support allows for sharing your product ontology across different data sources and projects.
Previously, attributes like “color” for English and “Farbe” for German were treated separately, leading to duplicated effort in configuration. Now, with the multi-locale approach, attributes are unified, allowing configurations from one locale to be immediately applicable to another. This eliminates the need for repetitive rule definition for each locale, helping you achieve greater efficiency and consistency.
