Product Variants in Digital Assistants
Conversation Studio
The product variants feature is now available for Digital Assistant. It lets you show different versions of a product, like color options or storage sizes, so that your customers can easily pick the variant they prefer. You can style how these variants appear in on the Results page, customizing images, text, and tooltips.
To activate Product Variants in Conversation Studio, please contact your Zoovu representative.
