Infrastructure update – IP address changes effective April 28

As Zoovu continues to scale, we are updating the IP addresses our platform uses to connect to external systems (outbound IPs). If your integration with Zoovu includes firewall rules that allow our platform to access your infrastructure (e.g. an FTP server), action may be required.

New outbound IP addresses​

Orca (Europe):​
  • Current IP: 52.137.10.121
  • New IP: 108.143.144.206
Barracuda (North America)​
  • New IPs: 13.92.214.138, 20.232.123.65

Removed IPs:​

The following IPs will be decommissioned and no longer owned by Zoovu after April 28. If they are currently whitelisted in your firewall, please remove them:

  • 20.81.67.18
  • 52.73.93.146
  • 52.51.252.235
  • 52.31.133.200

Action required: Please review and update your firewall settings by April 28 to ensure uninterrupted service.
