Selection summary

The selection summary provides customers with an overview of the products they have chosen while configuring a setup.

You can customize the selection summary in Configuration Studio's Compose tab:

Product display settings​

You can control how products are displayed in the summary and how much detail is presented to the customer.

  • Image only - Displays just the product image.
  • Custom settings - Toggle options to show or hide additional details:
    • Show product name
    • Show product image
    • Show product price
    • Show product rating
    • Show product list attributes

Product quantity​

Show product quantity selector: Toggle this option if you want customers to add multiple quantities of the same product to their summary.

Extra text​

Show extra text: Toggle this option to display a message above your customer's configuration. The default text here reads "Your choice:", but you can enter a custom message.

Reset to default settings​

Give users the option to reset their configuration back to its default state.

Show back to default button: Toggle to include this button in the summary.

Add to cart section​

This section allows you to add a button for users to finalize their configuration and add it to the cart.

Show add to cart button: Toggle to include the button in the summary. You can customize the button text (default: "Add to cart"). Custom JavaScript: You can paste your custom JavaScript code to enhance the functionality of the add-to-cart process.

Download PDF​

Allow users to download their configuration as a PDF.

You can style the PDF in Experience Designer to match your branding and format.

Total price section​

Show total price - Toggle this option to display the total price of the products in the configuration.

Custom price logic - If you need custom price calculations, you can paste JavaScript code here.
