Style recommendations in Bundle Assistants

You can display highlighted or regular product categories separately and customize recommendations for Bundle Assistants using the dedicated Bundles component for Recommendations.

  • Select your assistant in Conversation Studio and go to the Design tab.
  • Open Experience Designer.
  • Select the Results Page from the page selector above the canvas.
  • Drag and drop the Recommendations component onto the canvas:

When you add a Recommendations component to your theme for a Bundle Assistant, both the Highlighted and Regular categories are enabled on the canvas. These allow you to use two Recommendations components and decide which one should be displayed.

Styling tips​

Add two Recommendations components to the Results Page. Disable one category (e.g., Highlighted) in the first component and the other category (e.g., Regular) in the second.

Now you're able to insert other components, such as text or media, between the two recommendation components for better flow:
