Add filters to the results page

  • Select your Digital Assistant in Conversation Studio.
  • Go to the Design tab. You will find filters in the right-hand menu:

  • Click the "+ Filter panel" button to create a set of filters.
  • Add filters to your panel. Start by naming your filter, then choose filter type:
    • Single selection
    • Multiple selection
    • Dropdown
    • Slider
    • Double slider

Switch on the Data-driven filter toggle if you want the filter to be based on a product attribute like Price or Material.

Add price filter to the results page

  • Make sure the "Data-driven filter" toggle is on.
  • Select the Slider or Double slider type for your filter. It will allow users to adjust the price range.
  • Click the gear icon to open filter settings:

  • Select the catalog column ("Price").
  • Set order direction to Ascending or Descending (price from lowest to highest, or highest to lowest).

Add the filter component to the Results Page in Experience Designer

  • Go to the Design tab and enter Experience Designer.
  • Select the Filters component from the components bar and add it to the canvas.

Add a row component to your canvas above the Recommended products, then drop the Filter component into the row. That will make it easy to style.
