Standalone lead generation
Standalone lead generation adds an option to collect leads from the shopper’s selection. You can add it to your results page and on the configurator selection summary as part of the recommendation experience.
What shoppers see
Shoppers see the lead generation option as a button on the results page or in the configurator selection summary. Clicking it opens a form in a modal where they can save their selection and share their details.

Changing a question type to standalone lead generation
The item moves out of the question flow. It will no longer appear on the canvas and any routes linked to it will be removed.
Changing standalone lead generation to another question type
Standalone lead generation will no longer appear on the results page or in the configurator selection summary. If you still want to collect leads, set up a new standalone lead generation item and add it back.
Deleting the item
Standalone lead generation will no longer appear on the results page or in the configurator selection summary. This cannot be undone.
Routing
Standalone lead generation does not use routing. It is not part of the question flow, so the add route option is not available for this item.
